Hello Room 3! I am sitting in a massive auditorium waiting for the ICT conference to start and thinking of you as you start the day with Mrs B.  I am looking forward to all of the exciting learning that I can bring back to you next week. Have a fantastic day of learning!

Our Zebra Adjectives

We have been learning about using adjectives to make our writing more interesting. Adjectives are describing words. Here are some sentences we wrote using adjectives to describe the photo of the zebra in the bush.

I can see the wavy trees.

The floating tree waves in the whispering wind.

The waving weeds wave goodbye to the elegant zebra.

The striped zebra was rolling around in the long grass.

The stripy zebra was having a tickle.

The slapping tail was hurting the zebra.

The zooming zebra was getting ticklish.

The stripy zebras were on wide leaves.

Tuesday 15 February- Mountain Bush Walk

Today we went to Pirongia Mountain and we found lots of interesting things that we can draw in our classroom. We found monkey tails (not the real ones of course!!!). We liked the waterfalls and it was nice and cold in the bush. We also went swimming today.

Wednesday 9 February

Today we looked at the computer and took some funny photos. It made us laugh because we looked so silly! We played some games outside and some fitness. We did some work at our tables. We did Word Work and looked at lots of letters. We had FUN in Room 3 today!
